sarapan/minum petang/bila2 masa


Bahan2:
  1. telur (mengikut saiz hidangan/perut masing2)
  2. roti (sebiji telur : 1 potong roti)
  3. susu cair (3/4 auns utk 1 biji telur gred A)
  4. minyak masak(ikut suka,tapi di nasihatkan pakai skit ja supaya x d serap)
  5. cheese(secukup nafsu...ak suka taruk bnyk2)
cara2:

  1.  kocok2 kn teler berkenaan d dlm mangkuk besar
  2. masukkn susu  cair dan cheese
  3. hancur2 kan roti berkenaan sehingga puas hati anda dan cmpur ke dlm telur
  4. gaul kn kesemua bhn d atas sehingga lenguh tgn
  5. goreng..mcm telur goreng
  6. potong kecil2 dan sdia tuk d hidangkn

suke bebeno aku pasai makan nih!!!tapi ape ker namer masakan ko nih... roti ber chess ker..atau pun.......entohler..tak dapat minda nak memikio...
